| Mission statement: | Shantallow Training Services is a recognised training organisation with charitable status, limited by guarantee. Our primary aim is to assist the most marginalised of our young people in society, through education and training. We strive to develop their full potential in order that they might gain qualifications and an experience of the World of Workı that will enable them to obtain employment and fulfilment in their lives. |
| Aims & objectives: | The aim of our project is to provide inclusion for marginalised groups. We do this through the delivery of educational and training packages that are tailored to individual needs. Our objectives are to meet the specific needs of individual trainees by providing opportunities to gain suitable qualifications and related work preparation and placements. |
